• UK Animation and Children’s TV reliefs

• Canadian federal and provincial tax credits (including qualifying labour and production incentives)

Tax credits are treated as part of the overall financing structure, supporting responsible budgeting and cash-flow planning rather than speculative returns.

Film Volt Group Ltd intends to structure qualifying UK investments in a manner that may be eligible for relief under the UK’s Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and/or Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), subject to:

• HMRC Advance Assurance

• Company and investor eligibility

• Project structure and timing

• Independent tax advice

SEIS and EIS are considered supporting features of the investment framework, not the basis of the investment proposition.
